Courts & Authorities

Appearing on the ground

We represent you personally before all instances of the civil courts in Germany and the Czech Republic, as well as — through long-standing collegial cooperation — in Austria and, to a limited extent, in Switzerland. We also liaise directly with notaries, bailiffs, trademark/patent agents, tax and customs authorities.

Fee Model

Billed under RVG, opponent pays on success

We bill our services in Germany according to the statutory fee schedule (RVG). If the case is successful, the opposing party is obliged to reimburse the costs incurred.

Upfront Assessment

Clarity before the first step

Before starting any proceedings, we explain your options, recommend a course of action, and give you a realistic cost estimate — so you can decide with confidence.

Our Profile

A German-Czech law firm, not a correspondent office.

Allgaier, Jušta & Partner is a dynamic German-Czech law firm based in Prague — established locally for over 20 years and firmly rooted in the Czech market. We advise large and mid-sized domestic and foreign companies, as well as smaller businesses and private individuals, in Czech, German and international commercial and business law.

Our advice has enabled foreign companies from a wide range of industries — from freight forwarding to solar energy, IT and banking — to enter the Czech market smoothly. We equally accompany Czech companies on their way into Germany, Slovakia and Ukraine.

Thanks to one of our partners being admitted to practice in both Germany and the Czech Republic, we advise you in the Czech Republic and in Germany from a single source — without the usual need to search for a correspondent firm in the neighbouring country. Our goal is a fast, commercially sound solution, whether the matter is to be decided under Czech or German law.

For tax matters, we work closely with our sister company AJP Tax & Accounting s.r.o., which offers tax advisory and bookkeeping services in Czech, German and English.
