Allgaier, Jušta & Partner s.r.o. is a Czech-German law firm with its headquarters in Prague and a branch office in Ravensburg, Germany. Our clients are for the most part small and medium-sized companies as well as private persons from the Czech Republic and Germany, but also some from other countries. We specialize in Czech and German commercial law and trademark/intellectual property law. Our office has already helped several foreign businesses in their efforts to set up in the Czech Republic, while continuing to support them in everyday legal matters.
In 2004, one of our partners, German attorney Martin Allgaier became the second European lawyer registered with the Czech Bar Association. As he is a native German speaker who is also fluent in Czech, he is now able and authorized to provide legal services in both Germany and the Czech Republic.
Thanks to our alliance with law firms and tax advisors in both countries, we are capable of providing legal and tax services (e. g. ligitation) on the highest level, in cases concerning the most complicated and particular of issues.
