Martin Allgaier studied law at The University of Constance, Germany and is inscribed as an attorney (Rechtsanwalt) by the German Bar Association. He is also one of the first European attorneys to have been inscribed by the Czech Bar Association (advokátní komora), a status that entitles him to provide legal consultancy and other services on the territory of both Germany and the Czech Republic.

Matin Allgaier cut his professional teeth and gained experience during his engagement as a consultant for business development and his collaboration with an international law firm in Prague. He worked both in Germany and in the Czech Republic for small- and medium-sized clients based mainly in these two countries.
